IT’S IN THE DETAILS

A good finish
starts before
the finish.

Flat walls. Thoughtful floor transitions. Neat edges around trim and tile. The small details are easier to get right when they’re considered from the start.

  • Prepare the surface

Look at what’s underneath before covering it up.

  • Plan the connections

Consider where materials, rooms and edges meet.

  • Check the final details

Walk through the space and review the finish.

OUR APPROACH

Start with a conversation.
Build a clear plan.

You don’t need every decision made before getting in touch. A few photos and a description of what you want to change are a useful place to start.

01 /

Talk through the space

Discuss what isn’t working, what you’d like to change and which parts matter most to you.

02 /

Define the work

Review the space, materials and scope, then put the proposed work and cost in writing.

03 /

Plan the next steps

Agree on timing, access and preparation, with a final walk-through when the work is done.

Illustrative process for this website concept. Final steps will reflect how the contractor works.

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful
questions.

Do I need a finished design to get in touch?

No. Start with what you want to change. Photos of the room, approximate dimensions and a few ideas can help make the first conversation more useful.

What should I include in my inquiry?

The kind of work, your general location and the best way to reach you. If you have a preferred time frame or materials in mind, mention those too.

Can I ask about a smaller job?

Describe the job, whether it’s a room update, a repair or part of a bigger renovation. Availability, service area and project suitability are confirmed directly with the contractor.

Are these photos the contractor’s work?

These are real stock photographs chosen to demonstrate the website. Before launch, they’ll be replaced with the contractor’s own project photos and accurate descriptions of the work.
